The Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius of Loyola

The Spiritual Exercises are the basis of the spiritual formation of all Jesuits. For five centuries already, many non-Jesuits, seeking to find God active in their everyday life, have been living the Exercises and finding great benefit in them. The Exercises are inspired by the experience of Saint Ignatius of Loyola who, after having himself experienced a questioning of his way of living, sought, by all kinds of means, to be happy and to put himself at the service of God.

We offer you: The “30 days” Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius of Loyola.

This process is the basis of Jesuit spirituality and requires availability for at least 30 consecutive days. It is offered to people who have already had the experience of silent retreats and wish to let God take his full place in their lives. Each day is punctuated by teaching, personal accompaniment and the Eucharist. You can enjoy the surroundings of the Villa for walking and resting.
