Villa Loyola, run by the Sudbury Jesuits, was originally a retreat house. Inaugurated in 1962, Villa Loyola occupies a 12-acre site on the south shore of Long Lake, a few kilometers from downtown Sudbury, Ontario.

Over the years, Villa Loyola has become a retreat and conference center frequented by a wide range of secular and religious groups. Completely renovated in 1996, Villa Loyola now offers all the essential amenities for conferences, seminars, work groups and spiritual retreats in a peaceful atmosphere. Villa Loyola welcomes groups from a variety of religious traditions, as well as individuals seeking a place of recollection, spiritual renewal and prayer.
